Use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, misuse contact forms for spam or fraud, or attack the site (including denial-of-service attacks).

Services and pricing

Service descriptions on this site are general. Published hourly rates and charging policy apply unless a fixed quote is agreed in writing. Rates are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Minimum charges, time bands and out-of-hours rates are described on our Pricing page. Job-specific terms may be confirmed before work starts.

Submitting a form is a request for contact, not a booking contract until we confirm. For emergencies, call 0800 208 4999.

Intellectual property

Site content (text, branding, layout, images) is owned by PHD24 Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission, except as allowed by law.
